Learning from other Electric Conversions

Last week I got the chance to visit Goeffrey Hoffman in Verona, close to Madison, WI. Years ago, he bought a Tesla and since then he is an EV enthusiast. He has a great collection of commercialized EVs – from Tesla Roadster to Think City to Fisker – and three years ago he started converting old and historic cars into electric. This visit was so inspirational and it was great to learn from somebody that has done several conversions about all the little details for our own Jeep conversion.

If I needed to pick a highlight of all the conversion that Goeffrey has done, I would of course choose the all electric DeLorean from Back to the Future. But I was equally impressed by the Land Rover as well as the Bentley he is working on. It is just great to see that all this is possible! We are more than motivated to start our conversion.
