Two weeks ago, I launched something very close to my heart: Electrification Academy — a new B2B knowledge platform for the electrification industry.

The first reactions have been incredible — full of encouragement, tough questions, and fresh ideas. And honestly, that’s exactly what I was hoping for.

For me, this isn’t just another project. It’s a mission to solve some of the biggest challenges we face in the EV and battery ecosystem: fragmented knowledge, unverified information, and a lack of practical, application-focused training that helps companies move from theory to execution.

Why Electrification Academy?

The electrification ecosystem is growing at record speed. Batteries, electric vehicles, and renewable energy are at the center of this transformation. But too often, innovation stalls because the right knowledge isn’t accessible because:
